It has become an industrial and technological center, which led to the creation of over half a million workplaces. Emaar has become a territory for holding such events, as World Expo 2020 and Dubai Airshow, which in turn led to an increase in demand for apartments in this area. South of Dubai is the emirate’s most important economic platform and a global financial center.
